The flatshare is located in the "Les Arceaux" neighborhood, in the centre of Montpellier. Many restaurants, public transports, shops are accessible close by. The apartment is on floor #4 . It is entirely equipped and is composed of a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, pans, crockery, kitchen ustensils… It also has a clothes rack, an ironing board, a washing machine, an iron.
You will also find cleaning items directly in the apartment: broom, mop and bucket, bagless hoover, dustpan and brush… Every furnished flatshare includes all bills: condominium fees, unlimited wi-fi, water, housing insurance, household waste tax, electricity.

All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)
by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

The Arceaux district is considered to be an inner-city village where it is pleasant to live. It is one of the most ancient districts in Montpellier and surely one of the richest in history. It successfully combines the old and the new faces of the city. The district is organized around two main attractions: the 800 meters long Aqueduct (more than 2500 feet!) and the most ancient botanical garden in Europe, which was inaugurated in 1593. Perfectly connected with the tramway (T3), this well situated district is full of interesting shops and boutiques. The most reputed organic street market, where you will find the best regional products, takes place here as well. The Promenade du Peyrou is a daydream for nature lovers – don’t miss the exceptional panoramic view over the city!
