A room in an apartment in Maisonneuve. HD WI-FI - wardrobe - shelves - work table and chair - quiet - bus (no.34) at the corner of the street - 3 meals included: breakfast, lunch to bring (depending on...) dinner (supper).

I prepare meals (I am a graduate of the Institut de Tourisme et d'Hôtellerie du Québec), I do the laundry, but not the cleaning of the room. Bedding provided and necessary for the toilet and bath or shower.

Reasonable hours for returning home. No visits without my prior approval.

I live alone and for obvious reasons, I do not want a female boarder...
