So, let me tell you a little about the place.
Students on internships or full semesters. It's a great place to study, for that reason; everyone is studying. We're just 30 meters from the Iberville metro station, so you don't even have to cross the street. Includes heating, hot water, high-speed Wi-Fi
and freshly painted.
It's on the blue line, a 10-minute metro ride from UdeM. There's a metro every 3 minutes, and for night transportation, there's a bus every 20 minutes. On the corner of our street, there's a market, the metro, a credit union, etc. It's a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Your roommates will be Grace, Maria, and Joëlle.
It's definitely a good idea to share a room with other students in the same situation as you.Friendships are easy, and others already have some Montreal experiences to share with you.
There are also parks, a pool, and a running track nearby.
There's a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer, and 600 Mbps Wi-Fi. All fees are included, so there are no surprises. The rooms are lockable and furnished—a desk, dresser, and a double bed.
