The apartment is suitable for 1-2 people; it has an entrance area, hallway, storage room, bathroom, bedroom, living room (connecting to the kitchen), and a kitchen. The apartment is furnished, and all personal items (shown in the photos) will be removed. Two monitors can be left at the workplace for use; a printer is available. Internet (fiber optic, fast connection) is included in the rent. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, utensils, and cutlery/plates. The apartment is on the ground floor but slightly elevated, ensuring privacy. In front of the windows is a small front garden with bushes that provide privacy for the apartment. Couch and chairs show signs of wear from our cat; covers/blankets are provided for that. Supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery, subway as well as bus station are within 100 meters reach.
