The spacious apartment is furnished in modern style and fully equipped. It has a combined living and sleeping area, kitchen-living room, hall, bathroom and balcony. All rooms are equipped with modern porcelain stoneware and with new soundproofing and double glazing. In the living/bedroom there is: a high-quality and comfortable bed 210cm long, additional mattress, coffee table, chest of drawers, shelves, dining table with 2 chairs as well as 32" flatscreen LCD TV, a DVD player and Internet flatrate DSL/WLAN. On the balcony facing the backyard there are two sun chairs and a table for relaxation. In the kitchen there is a refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave with grill, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, the cutlery, dishes and cooking set. The very high-quality and modern designed bathroom with bathtub and toilet is kept in bright white. In the corridor there is a large wardrobe.
