The apartment is located in a quiet and green residential area in Munich-Milbertshofen, one of the city’s most desirable and central neighborhoods.

Supermarkets such as LIDL, ALDI, DM, Vollcorner, as well as a bakery, fruit & vegetable shop, and pharmacy are only 2 minutes away on foot.

The U2-Frankfurter Ring subway and bus stop are just a 2-minute walk away. From there, you can reach Munich city center in about 5 minutes and the main train station in just 4 minutes.
