Newly built and recently renovated ground floor house located in La Ñora, Murcia, to be shared among university students.

The house has a layout designed to maximize comfort and private space, without sacrificing pleasant common areas to share, which are divided into:

• American-style living-dining room with several sofas, dining table and television. Ideal space to relax after studying or share a meal with roommates.

• Fully equipped kitchen with appliances: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, 2 combi refrigerators and complete kitchenware. Enough space for everyone to cook comfortably.

• Air conditioning in living room/kitchen

• Laundry area/interior patio, which provides a comfortable and pleasant space for relaxing moments and at the same time functional for hanging clothes or as an auxiliary area

• 3 full bathrooms: one main, shared between two rooms, and two private bathrooms inside the suite-type rooms.

• Internet included in the rental price.

• Split-type air conditioning in each of the rooms.

• It is delivered fully equipped: bedding, kitchen utensils, basic cleaning products, etc.

The house has four rooms in total, two of them with en-suite bathrooms and two with a large shared bathroom, all of them with large windows with good ventilation and lighting, which are perfectly equipped for rest and study, and also with intelligent fingerprint and pin lock on each door for greater security and privacy.

In addition, the house has a system of electricity meters for each room to know exactly how much each student has consumed in each of the rooms and thus pay the real price that each student has consumed of electricity.

Each room is brand new and equipped with:

• Wide single bed (105 cm), wardrobe, bedside lamp, large desk, adjustable desk lamp, ergonomic chair and desk drawer.
• Split-type air conditioning, both cold and hot, something unusual and highly valued in this area.
• Electronic lock by fingerprint and pin.
• Very bright and cozy, ideal for relaxing and resting as well as a comfortable and silent study
• Sofa in one of the rooms

The rooms with en-suite bathrooms have all the comforts of the previous rooms, adding the comfort of having their own bathroom, inside the spacious bathrooms we can find spacious showers, as well as sinks and mirrors that do not go unnoticed.
