The Space: Located on the hottest block in Bushwick, our lovely duplex has loft like open space and an oasis in the back yard. Recently renovated including a Chef’s kitchen with a large island for entertaining and a lovely covered patio. Downstairs the bedrooms are large and open, with heated floors and a large bathroom with a “wet room” and rain shower. Washer & Dryer available upon request, same for kids facilities. We are half a block from the L train and in restaurant/art/entertainment central! To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process. ---

Dining options span the globe, and avant-garde nightlife thrives in clubs like performance space House of Yes and quirky bars with vintage, mismatched furnishings. A few pocket parks are shaded by mature trees and have playgrounds. Other Things to Note: Pets are allowed with approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home. As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
Security Deposit Policy: - Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold - Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold - Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.

Please note that the minimum stay is 30 nights (31 days).
