This 85-square-foot room on New York City's Ridgewood is a functional, spacious and comfortable room in a 4-bedroom apartment which is available only as furnished.

If you are looking for a shared apartment in Ridgewood, New York City, you can choose this newly refurbished shared apartment on the 1st floor with a total size of 1250 sq. ft. with 3 other roommates or you can rent this shared apartment on your own - if available. You can request to have your bedroom furnished or unfurnished.
This shared apartment is 15 min walk from the Fresh Pond Rd station for the M and 5 min away from the Halsey St station for the L in Halsey St. Other features of this apartment are a dining area, laundry in the home (free), guarantors allowed, smoke-free, wifi (paid), living area, wall-mounted tv, mini-split heating, hardwood floors, microwave, oven, and refrigerator.

Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure it, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check and electronically sign a residency agreement. You'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement after you book, and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement which you need to sign within 24 hours.
