The location of this studio apartment is ideal for anyone who wants to explore the city or attend meetings, with easy access to major areas of the city such as Midtown, Downtown, and the Financial District. You will also be close to several subway lines. The apartment is fully furnished, and in-unit washer, dryer, A/C, and heat ensure a comfortable and convenient stay.
The Space:
This studio apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. You will sleep soundly on the queen size bed with soft linens and pillows, and enjoy the convenience of having a full kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your own meals. You can also use the washer and dryer in the apartment to keep your clothes fresh and clean, and take advantage of the air conditioning and heating to adjust the temperature to your liking. For your entertainment and connectivity, you can watch your favorite shows on the 40" flat screen TV and use the free Wi-Fi to browse the web or check your emails. You will also find an iron/ ironing board and a hair dryer for your personal grooming needs.
Please note that New York City's heating season is until the end of May. Beginning around mid-April, we will install window Air Conditioning in the apartment. Please let us know if you would like to request an earlier installation!
Guest Access:
The apartment also has guest access via Latch, a smart lock system that allows guests to enter the apartment using a code or other secure means, rather than a traditional key.
