May I suggest that you look into Vila Maria, our cozy loft in Williamsburg, which reflects my wife's ancestry in Brazil, my own in Basel, Switzerland, and our eclectic life here in New York City.
You will love our neighborhood, I can promise you that. It features many little shops and charming restaurants, and even a big Apple store just two blocks away. By subway, you will be from our house at NYU/Union Square downtown in about half an hour, or by ferryboat down at Wall Street.
So, if you would like to live in a very cool and safe neighborhood, check out what we have on offer. We practically live on the waterfront, with priceless sunsets at the parks up and down the East River. All my bedrooms feature a full-size or queen-size bed, a nightstand or two, plenty of shelving, drawers, hangers, a full-size mirror, and a swiveling TV/computer monitor that you can hook up to your laptop with an HDMI cable. They come fully furnished and are all tastefully decorated.
