This newly renovated cosy 1-room apartment is located in the popular district of Maxfeld within walking distance of the Nuremberg Old Town and the city park. As the underground station "Maxfeld" is literally on the doorstep, the connection to public transport is ideal.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2019., modernly furnished and fully equipped, so that you only have to unpack your suitcase and you can immediately feel comfortable. The living-bedroom has a queen-size box spring bed (140 x 200 cm), a three-door wardrobe (150 cm wide), a shelf, a coffee table and a comfortable sofa bed that can be folded out to form another double bed if required. Of course, a modern lowboard with flat-screen TV is also included. .

The spacious, bright kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking and a comfortable seat for eating and working. In addition to all the kitchen appliances (oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine), cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery, a new practical washer-dryer is also integrated here.

The highlight in the bed room is the spacious shower which is flush with the floor. Towels are naturally available.

The entire apartment is tiled with light-coloured natural stone tiles and is heated by underfloor heating, which guarantees a particularly pleasant living experience.
The rent includes all costs including WiFi.
If desired, a cleaning service can be booked in addition.

The sought-after district "Maxfeld" is located in the north-east of Nuremberg in close proximity to the old town, city centre and university. The Nuremberg Castle and the Main Market Square are within walking distance.
Shopping facilities for the daily needs as well as numerous cafes, restaurants and bars can be found in the immediate vicinity of the apartment in this charming district of Nuremberg.
