Beautiful and possibly serviced apartment in the heart of the Center of Oslo.

Location is just near everything, in the middle of the historical center. Right across the street is the Environmental Department (government). Parallel is the main shopping street. Busses trams and boats any direction is in the nearby streets, including boats to the islands in the Oslo fjord and the main train station is only a short walk. The city has as a capital a growing and a vast amount of offers and the location offers closeness to mostly everything!

The apartment looks modern and refurbished incl. bathroom 2026. It is fully furnished incl. a new 65" TV. Furnitures doesn't need to folllow if one have it's own furnitures. It has everything one need as washing machine, drier, dishwasher, various kitchen applications, and fully equiped with what one needs etc. At the place is also hotel linens and towels, so mostly what one need to bring is personal belongings.

The apartment has balanced ventilation, filtered, to increase air quality inside. In Oslo there are already only a very few percent of vehicles that are not electric. Also, the center area have become more vehicle restricted. This contributes to a healthy environment regarding air quality.

In this apartment you feel the vibrations from the city, but there are no bars directly around and you can peacefully look out the huge windows at night enjoying your perfect location in a well organized apartment.

Rent includes stable high speed fiber internet. Heating, electricity, weekly cleaning service, high quality coffee from local roastery or other services could be added to a higher fixed price if one wish.
