The Naranco neighborhood is known for being the residence of Oviedo's upper-middle class, a perfect place to live if you're looking for tranquility and security. Well connected to the city center, you can stroll down the famous Uría Street, walk along Paseo de la Losa, or reach the Renfe train station or the bus station in five minutes.
Exterior room available for one person on August 1st on Calle Arquitecto Tioda, Oviedo. We are looking for two people, ideally students, to stay from at least August 1st until the end of May.

Room with a single bed, very bright, bedside table, nightlight, desk, chair, desk lamp, ceiling lamp, curtains, wardrobe, TV outlet.
Wooden floors, lockable door.
For your convenience, we ask that you bring sheets, a duvet, and towels.
Your room will be delivered as shown in the photographs.

THE APARTMENT
It is located on the 2nd floor of a building without an elevator. It has 75 square meters distributed in 3 single bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and bathroom.
Large kitchen equipped with a table for three people.
Wooden floors.
We have just renovated this apartment and will deliver it to you as shown in the photographs.
