If you’re planning to spend some time in Las Palmas and want a practical place to call home, this fully furnished 35 m² loft in La Isleta offers a comfortable setup for both everyday living and remote work. With two floors, a separate sleeping area, fast Wi-Fi, it works well for longer stays as well as shorter periods in the city.

The loft is located on the ground floor of a quiet 3-storey building and is arranged over two levels.

On the lower floor, you’ll find the main living area, including a comfortable sofa bed, together with a fully equipped kitchen featuring:

Everything you need for day-to-day cooking

There is also a modern bathroom with a spacious shower.

The upper floor is dedicated to sleeping and has:

⚠️One important detail to know is that this is an interior loft. The windows face towards the inside of the building rather than the street, so there are no street views. On the positive side, this also means the loft is sheltered from traffic and street noise.⚠️

For longer stays, a washing machine and dryer are available in the communal area of the building.

The area is a good fit if you want to combine remote work with beach life and the atmosphere of a real neighbourhood. You can work comfortably from the loft during the day, walk to Las Canteras for a swim or coffee, and have everything you need for everyday life within easy reach.
