A shared bathroom is available on the upper floor. It is shared with guests staying in the other upstairs bedroom.

Smoking is not permitted indoors. A designated outdoor smoking area is available on the terrace.

An exterior security camera overlooks the private gated parking area. No cameras are installed in private guest spaces.
