I am renting out my bright, fully furnished 2‑bedroom apartment in Pécs, just a few minutes’ walk from the University of Pécs Medical School and Faculty of Pharmacy on Szigeti út.

The flat is perfect for 2 international students or young professionals who want to live in a quiet, safe area very close to the university.

2 separate bedrooms – each with a comfortable bed, wardrobe and space to study.

Living / dining area with a sofa and table where you can relax or eat together.

Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, oven, fridge, lots of shelves and storage, plates, cups, glasses, pots and pans – you can move in with just your suitcase.

Balcony with a green view of the trees, giving the apartment a calm and cozy atmosphere.

Excellent location for students:

3 minutes on foot from PTE Medical School and Pharmacy.

Close to the Faculty of Humanities on Ifjúság útja.

Supermarkets (such as Lidl) and other shops are nearby, so daily shopping is very easy.

Safe, quiet neighbourhood with good public transport connections to the city centre.
