The neighborhood is in a diverse community people from around the world. I used to teach Spanish now I manage my property. I like to travel around. I like to exercise. My daughter and son grew up here but now they live in Boston and LA. This is a multicultural, multilingual home. I have guests from The US and different countries of the world. I have been living in Philadelphia and in my current neighborhood for 25 years. I enjoy hosting guests. I mostly host students and young working professionals and I can offer ways to get around the city and good tips on where to eat. A number of our guests stayed with us while attending UPenn, Drexel, U. of Saint Josephs.
The bedroom is large and all furnished with a full size bed, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, and a closet. It has an office space and a window. It is in the finished basement. You'd share the bathroom with another guest.
