Greetings and Welcome to Sunny Arizona!

My name is Val, and I’m looking for a professional Christian woman to rent a room with private bath and loft in my 2-story home in Anthem, AZ. This will be available starting the first week of October and offers a cozy, private living space in a welcoming environment.

About the Room:

Located upstairs
Wood floors
Large window
Wall-mounted TV available if desired
Private bathroom with shower and tub just outside the room

Upstairs Laundry Room (full access)

About the House:

Consists of myself, my almost 19-year-old daughter, a friendly rescue lab mix, and a cat who stays in the master bedroom.
We’re both active professionals; I work close by and remotely once a week, while my daughter is a local university student and has a full time job. My granddaughter (toddler) visits often and we are usually out exploring! We also attend church weekly (welcome to join us)and serve teaching children the word of God.

Enjoy a cozy family room with reclining leather couches and a kitchen where you can watch TV while cooking. We love music during meal prep!

Neighborhood & Amenities:

The house is within walking distance of the high school, restaurants, shopping, and a beautiful park with grass, trees, and two small fishing lakes.
If you enjoy the outdoors, you’ll fit right in! We often bike, hike, and paddleboard nearby.

Additional Details:

The house features a nice-sized backyard with a covered patio, garage, and driveway.
Located in a safe neighborhood, with HonorHealth Sonoran hospital about 5 miles away.
Utilities are $100 monthly. A security deposit and references are required.
Payment options include PayPal, Zelle, and cash. There’s a small credit check fee and security deposit required for the initial setup.
