The tenant pays 1 month of rent through the platform, at check-in the tenant has to pay the security deposit and another month of rent in advance. There is a garage available for light cars for 12 Eur/day or 150 Eur/month, upon prior reservation. Larger vehicles can park on the street or in public parks just 100 metres from the flat.
