- The apartment is in a beautifully renovated house from 1895 on the ground floor, which can be reached via a separate entrance - almost like a family home.
- The apartment was renovated in proper style by professionals and impresses with its stylish color scheme, stucco elements, a perfect layout but also modern elements such as the kitchen and the perfectly insulated windows.

In addition to a spacious living room, the apartment has a bedroom and a representative office where a guest could spend the night. Of course there are also two bathrooms

The location is the most central in Potsdam. Nevertheless, it is quiet in the apartment and you can enjoy the evening sun on the back balcony with a wonderful view of the Mediterranean-style backyard.
