Welcome to our new, peaceful, crisp apartment in the recently renovated (November 2022) Seifert residence! Located in Prague's hip&local neighbourhood of Žižkov.

Fantastic public transport connection, within walking distance of the city centre! Just two tram stops away from the Train Station!
Recently finished to accommodate your every need. Ideally suited for a business trip, a casual stay with a loved one, or a summer solo retreat!

Our apartment consists of the following:

The apartment is completely private. You will also have access to the building yard and shared balcony.

Limited parking spots(7) in our garage are available to rent as well for a fee. Please get in touch with us for availability and pricing before check-in.

!!!(ONLY APPLIES TO STAYS SHORTER THAN 60 DAYS)!!! Upon arrival, we will need to collect the mandatory city tourist fee of 50 czk/per person/night - it is NOT for us, but we are obliged to collect it for the City council. I appreciate your understanding!
