Flat is in Letna (Prague 7) close to a huge park (Stromovka), Veletrzni Palac (Gallery with cool cafe), Strossmayerovo namesti and Vltavska Metro station. Basically, the best location in Prague.

- Two huge parks are around the corner
- Farmer's market just outside of your door + one more huge one, 10 minute walking
- Hip(ster) area with interesting places all around and lots of great coffee
- Multiple bouldering gyms nearby
- River surfing spot nearby

Flat
- 3 rooms (1 living room separating the rooms, so you have privacy and quiet)
- 1 flatmate (probably me, or another digital nomad :) )
- Small kitchen with new appliances
- Balcony outside of the flat
