It doesn't get much more central than this! A wonderful backyard is available. Bicycles can also be parked in the backyard. A spacious terrace complements the flat perfectly.

The flat can be occupied immediately. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including crockery, microwave, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, trivets, etc.. Initial supply of hand/bath towels, blanket, iron, washer-dryer, bed linen, cleaning equipment etc. available.

Pull-out couch incl. bed linen, fridge, washer-dryer, fitted kitchen, table with chairs, bed, wardrobe, secretary desk for mobile work/home office, shoe cupboard, patio table and 2 chairs and more.

The two secretary desks including a screen in the bedroom quickly turn the bedroom and living area into a high-performance office. This provides a total of two mobile workstations.
