Rethimno center, old town and old Venetian port is within 15 min walking distance.

The apartment is located in the BEST LOCATION in the heart of the coastal front of Rethymno and JUST 2 MINUTES WALKING distance from the organized sandy beach.
It is A VERY WELL EQUIPPED FUNCTIONAL APARTMENT with 2 units of airconditioning with a large terrace 55 sqm with shading of a stable kiosk and a huge sun umbrella.
In the terrace there are TWO SUNBEDS for relaxing time in the sun, and an outdoor COMFORTABLE sofa-bed.
It has a DOUBLE-BED in the bedroom with a very comfortable soft matress, a COUTCH SOFA-BED in the living room which can be transofmed to 1 or 2 beds or a second huge double bed.
BABY COT is also provided for infants and it can be positioned in the bedroom.
The BIG KITCHEN is full equipped with electrical devices a big fridge-freezer, electric cooker, espresso cofee machine, kettle, slice toaster, sandwich toaster, kitchenware and tableware.

In the TERRACE it is aslo an outdoor metal dining.
