This bedroom is below the apartment in the basement. The bedroom has a bed that is 120x200cm and is brand new. This bedroom has a private entry because it is downstairs in the basement. Everything is newly painted, there is a desk, chair and a closet for your clothes. There is sink inside the bedroom as well. There is a toilet downstairs but you also get access to the bathroom and kitchen in the apartment. There is a great private wifi connection in the bedroom. This bedroom offers the most privacy.
There are 4 bedrooms inside this apartment and this bedroom is downstairs in basement which has access to the common areas in the apartment.
The apartment is on the first floor in a beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to both universities and is in walking distance from downtown Reykjavík. There is high-speed internet (Wifi) at the apartment, and it is included in the rent.

There is a bus stop 2 minutes away from the apartment. The apartment is within walking distance from Kringlan (6-8 minutes walking) which is Iceland's second biggest mall with a big food court and a lot of stores.
In Kringlan there is also Bónus which is Iceland’s cheapest supermarket. Suðurver is only 400 meters away and there is a small supermarket and a bakery. There is also another smaller supermarket (Sunnubúð) which is 350 meters away.
