This apartment is on the best location, in walking distance from the University of Iceland, supermarket, bakary, coffee house, swimming pool and ice cream store. It’s in a great friendly neighbourhood and is on second floor. Bus stops right in front of the house. The apartment has 4 bedrooms with a shared bathroom and kitchen with all amentities you need.

The pictures shows exactly how the apartment will be handed out but in the biggest room we will add bed, desk and dresser. Also there will be dining table in the kitchen.

There is a clean laundry room in (hidden)ment with very spacious drying room. Washing machine is labeled for the apartment.
