The room boasts hardwood flooring, a security system, smoke detectors, and a brand-new, ultra-comfortable bed. Additionally, the room features a large lounge sofa perfect for unwinding after a busy day, an electrically height-adjustable office desk with an office chair, and a closed cabinet with hangers for your clothing. Enjoy the comfort of underfloor heating throughout.
Located on the ground floor, the room is one of four, each occupied by a different housemate. All housemates share the same floor and use a separate entrance from the family living in the other part of the house. Amenities include a shared bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room. Please note that there is no common living room.

Additionally, it's only a 15-minute walk to Reykjavik City Center and a 10-minute stroll to a cozy swimming pool with hot tubs.
