Bedroom 6: This is a bright private bedroom for 1 near the bathroom and laundry room.
This is a beautiful older house with a lot of history. Everything has been renovated and is in top conditions. Only 2 minutes walk to the University of Iceland. The house is on 3 floors and has 7 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms. Every bedroom is equipped with a study desk with a comfortable chair and a lamp. There are also sets of towels for each and everyone. Blow drier and iron is at the house for everyone to use.
In the common area we have comfortable sofa with 42" cable Tv and a big dining table for up to 8 people.
Bus stops right in front of the house. Only 5 min walking distance to nearest supermarket. The house is located in a family friendly neighbourhood with the best swimming pool, coffee shop, bakery and ice cream shop in all Reykjavík.
Note: One of the bathroom in the house is attached to Room 1 and is a private bathroom for Room 1.
