At the end of the hall at the ApartHotel is the Deluxe Whiting Apartment, a one-bedroom and one-bath loft in the repurposed Whiting building in downtown Rochester's East End. You’ll immediately notice the sleek, retro-inspired mid-century design as you enter the loft. The open living area features a comfortable plush sofa and armchairs with clean lines and classic silhouettes. A stylish coffee table sits at the center, providing a spot for relaxation and entertainment. The large wall of windows fills the space with natural light and offers a glimpse of one part of the East End.

Adjacent to the living area, you'll find a dining space with a mid-century dining table and chairs, creating an ideal setting for enjoying meals. The kitchen is thoughtfully designed with modern stainless steel appliances and streamlined cabinetry, allowing for convenient meal preparation while maintaining a cohesive aesthetic.

The loft's bedroom has an industrial feel, with its brick wall and exposed air ducts. It features a comfortable queen-sized bed adorned with authentic mid-century nightstands and a dresser. There is a large closet both inside and immediately outside the bedroom.
