The property is named after the discovery in 1553 of a 3-meter-tall statue of Pompeo Magno in the cellar below. The statue, dating back to the first half of the 1st century A.C., is now located at Palace Capodiferro, in the square of the same name, 500 meters away.

LOCATION
The flat is located a few meters from Piazza Pasquino (the statue in the picture after the Pompeo Magno picture) and within hundreds of meters from Piazza Navona and Campo dei Fiori.

- no possible in this property to get a legal rental contract and a residence

4. BOOKING PROCESS:
- if for some reason you are not allowed to select the wished dates, that is not a bug in the system, that simply means the wished dates are already booked and unavailable;
- First month's rental payment made via HA (HousingAnywhere). Subsequent payments directly to the landlord.
- A copy of your passport or ID is required after booking and before check-in;
- the Tenant Protection charged is simply the H.A. fee or commission. They collect it, not me.
- After booking, you will receive my contact details. You might have a reasonable need to ask for information about the apartment or check-in. This must be done exclusively in writing. No phone calls, please.

5. PRICING:
- Price is set for a minimum of 30-day stay.
- -The prices on this website are set for a minimum 30 days stay. Obviously, you can stay a shorter period, but the daily price cannot be 1/30 of the monthly pirice. Please ask an estimate before you book a period shorter than 30 days It will be about € 130 (or more), depending on the season and lenght of the stay
- Electricity fee includes an advance payment of € 100 x month with final balance for consumptions beyond 200 Kwh per month, charged at € 0,50 x Kwh
- Cleaning fee is a one-time payment of €50.
- "Other" cost means admininistration cost to be paid to the administrator of the building (I don’t get it).
- If you want to know how much you will pay in total (including utilities), you will see on the right of the main page the button "view what you will pay"; push it and you will discover it.
