Camera singola, in una zona strategica di Roma, vicino alla metropolitana e tanti servizi, di 5 mq con annesso bagno condiviso con letto matrimoniale e due lettini, con scrivania e armadio non in camera. La stanza presenta tutti i confort da smart tv, ventilatore a soffitto e aria condizionata. Tra gli ambienti condivisi troviamo una zona soggiorno di 20mq tavolo e sedie per 4-5 persone. Si può inoltre usufruire della cucina con utensili da cucina e frigorifero. Patio esterno di 60mq per stendere i panni e lavatrice.
Il canone mensile è 390€ + 100€ di spese.
La stanza è disponibile per un periodo minimo di 6 mesi e un periodo massimo di 12 mesi.

Single room in a strategic area of Rome, close to the subway and many amenities, measuring 5 sqm with a shared bathroom featuring a double bed and two single beds, along with a desk and wardrobe in the room. The room offers all comforts such as a smart TV, ceiling fan, and air conditioning. Among the shared spaces, there is a 20 sqm living area with a table and chairs for 4-5 people. Guests can also use the kitchen with cooking utensils and a refrigerator. There is a 60 sqm outdoor patio for hanging clothes and a washing machine.
The monthly rent is €390 + €100 for expenses.
The room is available for a minimum period of 6 months and a maximum period of 12 months.

The area is strategically located in Rome, near the subway and rich in essential services.
RENTAL CONDITIONS:
Rooms are recommended for Erasmus students.
An Italian tax code is required.
It is important to indicate the faculty or reason for the temporary stay.
