The well-known shopping street Bahnhofstraße is directly behind the building, and the Old Town can be reached on foot in about two minutes. Cafes, restaurants, shops, and public transport are practically on your doorstep. Your car can take a break here; you'll hardly need it. If you still want a parking space, you can book it additionally for a fee. France is only a few minutes away. On Sunday mornings, quickly pop over, get fresh croissants or baguette, and then enjoy breakfast comfortably on the balcony with a view of the Saar. Those who want to exercise can walk or jog directly along the river. Saarbrücken is also ideal for excursions. Metz, Nancy, Luxembourg, Strasbourg are easily accessible. And even Paris is reachable in about 1 hour 50 minutes for a special day trip thanks to the fast direct connection from the main train station.
