Welcome home! Our recently updated, well maintained, and clean PadSplit in Royal Ridge - just outside of the Live Oak community - is ready for you to call home. The house sits on a quiet street and offers plenty of driveway and street parking.

Inside, you'll find roomy, and well-furnished bedrooms, each with a new bed and new 10" mattress, plenty of clothing storage, and a new desk and chair. The kitchen is clean and bright and comes equipped with a large stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, oven, range, dishwasher, coffee maker, and assigned cabinet space for each member. You'll enjoy high speed internet provided by Spectrum for all your WiFi needs. The laundry room has a brand new washer and dryer as well.

It's located in a serene residential area offering privacy and quiet, buffered from major roads yet close to everyday amenties and just minutes away from Highway 35.
