Su HomeStay invii la richiesta di prenotazione e non ti viene addebitato nulla finché il proprietario non conferma. Una volta accettata, pagherai il primo mese sulla loro piattaforma e potrebbero chiederti qualche documento aggiuntivo, ad esempio:
- Carta d'identità o passaporto
- Prova di solvibilità
Trasferisciti!
Organizza la data di arrivo nell'alloggio, la consegna delle chiavi e tutto il resto direttamente con il proprietario. Ricorda inoltre che la maggior parte dei partner trasferisce il tuo denaro al proprietario solo 48 ore dopo il tuo arrivo nell'alloggio.

I am a retired pre-school teacher who has decided to open my home and host international students learning English in America. I have been hosting students from many countries around the world for 16 years. I am a non smoker and wish to entertain non smokers only in my home, therefore I can offer a clean, quiet, smoke free environment during your stay in our beauty city. I can also assist those who are learning English with any questions they may have while learning the language during your stay.

My home is centrally located in the heart of San Diego. I live in a quiet area with two adjacent cul-de -sacs which keeps the area closed to through traffic. I am within a few minutes of all the freeway connections in the city. My home is 10 minutes from downtown by car, 35 minutes by the bus and trolley. I live alone with visiting children and I have no animals. I am within walking distance to the city bus stops, banks, shopping center, fitness gyms, grocery stores, libraries, several restaurants, schools, fire department, parks and local businesses.

I enjoy cooking and prepare meals from several countries and many cuisines, but I do not prepare or purchase Halal foods. These foods are expensive and the distance far to purchase them. As a main dish I prepare chicken, beef, and seafood.

Each bedroom in my home consist of comfortable beds, desk and chair, dressers and closet space for storage, ceiling fans and lighting that is conductive for your studying needs. I have Wi-Fi, central heating and air, washer and dryer, and a maintained backyard and garden area to enjoy.

When responding to my homestay please include your age, sex, and length of stay you wish to be in the home. You will be welcomed and I will try and make your stay in San Diego a happy and memorable one!

Please note there is a separate $200 deposit that is collected on the day you arrive at the home, this deposit will be returned to you when you leave the home and there are no damages or broken items.
