I have a charming 3 bedrooms house fully furnished; I am renting 2 bedrooms. Bathroom is shared with another female student or working professional. Location San Diego - University city, I will provide bedding towels, use of kitchen light cooking. Internet, WiFi in house use of washing machine with no extra cost, Beautiful garden. Parking on the street plenty of parking by the house. No smoking, No Pets. I am easy going individual as an owner of the house. I am retired and very active. I welcome you to check it out.
