We are offering a bright and fully furnished double room (15 m2) in our family home as part of a cultural and language exchange experience rather than a conventional rental arrangement. We are looking for an English-speaking postgraduate, master’s or PhD student who would be comfortable sharing some time with the family.

We are looking for someone respectful, independent and comfortable living in a calm family environment.

The room is located in a detached house with garden in Mira-sol, a quiet and green residential neighborhood in Sant Cugat del Vallès, very well connected to Barcelona by train (around 30 minutes), bus and cycling infrastructure.

The room is fully furnished, very bright, and the furniture layout can be adapted flexibly depending on the tenant’s needs or preferences.

Within a 5-minute walk you can find grocery shops, a public library, and sports facilities.

The house itself is sustainable and designed for nearly zero energy consumption, offering a comfortable and environmentally conscious living environment.

We are an active family interested in climbing, mountains, cycling, architecture, and culture in general. We follow a healthy lifestyle based on organic food, regular physical activity, low exposure to toxic products, and conscious management of light and wellbeing at home.
