Cosa ti serve
- Tieni i documenti pronti prima di richiedere: l'annuncio può richiedere un documento d'identità o un passaporto, una prova di iscrizione o di lavoro e una prova di reddito (tua o di un garante).
- Verificare la tua identità sulla piattaforma è facoltativo, ma aumenta le possibilità di essere accettato.
Il proprietario accetta e il pagamento viene effettuato
Quando il proprietario accetta la tua richiesta, il primo mese di affitto e le spese di gestione verranno addebitati automaticamente, quindi la prenotazione sarà confermata. Riceverai poi l'indirizzo esatto e i contatti del proprietario per organizzare il trasloco.
I tuoi soldi sono protetti
HousingAnywhere trattiene il pagamento e lo rilascia al proprietario solo 48 ore dopo il tuo ingresso. Se l'alloggio non corrisponde all'annuncio, segnalalo entro quelle 48 ore e recupera i soldi

Les charges ne sont pas incluses dans le prix du loyer et comprennent eau, électricité, chauffage, internet, assurances, nettoyage hebdomadaire de toute la maison.

N'hésitez pas à m'envoyer une demande de réservation avec une courte description de vous (occupation, age, nationalité etc) et j'accepterai votre demande avec plaisir si vous correspondez à la colocation.

Nous vous envoyons le contrat juste après la réservation sur la plateforme et vous avez 48h pour le lire et nous le renvoyer signé. Nous nous réservons le droit d'annuler la réservation si nous ne recevons pas le contrat à temps.
Le contrat commence au début du mois et se termine à la fin du mois.

Charges include water, electricity, heating, internet, insurance and the maintenance of the house (maid).

Don't hesitate to send me a booking request and a short description of you (occupancy, age, nationality etc) and I'll accept your request if you fit in the flatshare!

We send you the contract after the booking on the platform and you need to read it and sign it within 48h.
We hold the right to cancel your booking if we don't receive the contract on time.
The contract goes until the end of the month and starts at the beginning of the month.

Important Info:

-Payment to HousingAnywhere now: first month’s rent + service fee of HousingAnywhere
-Rental contract: you have to sign the contract online right after your booking is done on this platform (we'll give you the website to create an account and get the contract, you just need a copy of your ID!)
-Payments directly to me: half of the deposit (1 month's rent) to pay when you sign the contract, other half of the deposit + utilities before you move in
-Payment of the followings months: to the bank account of the landlord by the 8 of each month, not to HousingAnywhere
-Type of contract: monthly. Evey month started is due. E.g. if you move in 17/02 and move out 24/08, you will have to pay the full months of February and the full month of August
-Minimum rental period: 6 months, then 3 months notice to cancel your contract (if you cancel before you won't be reimburse)
-Domiciliation is possible
- You can have a look at the virtual tour of the house !
-Roommates: between 18-35 years, young working professionals, I can’t give out more information due to privacy regulations.
-Possibility to move in during the week and week-end for most of house
