Trasferisciti!
Organizza la data di arrivo nell'alloggio, la consegna delle chiavi e tutto il resto direttamente con il proprietario. Ricorda inoltre che la maggior parte dei partner trasferisce il tuo denaro al proprietario solo 48 ore dopo il tuo arrivo nell'alloggio.

The neighborhood around Colignon feels like one of Brussels’ best-kept secrets—vibrant yet peaceful, full of character and small everyday pleasures. Wandering its streets, you’ll notice the elegant façades, art nouveau details, and the calm, residential rhythm that makes Colignon so welcoming.

Just a short walk from the house, the Place Colignon brings a sense of village life to the city: the town hall watching over the square, cafés opening their terraces on sunny days, and local shops where owners greet you by name after a few visits.

Colignon combines authenticity, charm, and practicality in a way that feels truly effortless. It’s the kind of neighborhood where you settle in quickly, feel part of the local rhythm, and enjoy a balance of calm living and city energy.
We welcome everyone. The only common ground is that they are all professionals, meaning that they usually work during the week :-) Our members bring together curious, open-minded people aged around 22 to 40 years old from all over the world for the coliving and around 25 to 50 years old for the private apartments. They’re working for industries such as institutions like the EU, in tech companies, startups, scaleups, industrials, lawyers, designers, doctors, entrepreneurs, and many more—people who love meaningful connections, shared experiences, and good vibes.

Think sports or yoga sessions, sunset drinks, creative workshops, outdoor adventures—and plenty of resident-led ideas. Our events are all about connection, fun, and discovering new passions together.
