Private bathroom and kitchen; bedroom and kitchen are separate.
Aircon and Korean ondol heating.
Wi‑Fi and cable TV included.

🍳 Fully equipped for long stays

Private fridge · microwave · rice cooker · electric kettle.
Gas stove, dishes and cookware for cooking.
Washer in a separate laundry/boiler room.
Cleaning supplies, hair dryer, steamer/iron, dehumidifier and other essentials provided.

The unit is semi-basement but has windows and can be ventilated.
Access is by stairs only — about 5 steps down.
Bedding and towels are not included; ask if you need them.
A practical, private space near central Gangnam, good for long stays at a reasonable price.
