This charming, air-conditioned apartment with Wi-Fi accommodates up to four guests. It is located in a traditional stone house in one of Split’s oldest neighborhoods, dating back to the 15th century. The space combines historic charm with modern amenities, creating a welcoming and functional home for long-term living in an authentic part of the city.
The stone house and its inner courtyard have recently been renovated and now feature four carefully designed residential units. Perla D is on the third floor (loft) and accommodates up to three residents. It includes a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed in the compact living–dining area. The kitchen, although small, is equipped with a stove, oven, and fridge, ideal for preparing simple daily meals, especially with local markets just minutes away.
As this apartment is in a residential building, we kindly ask all tenants to maintain good neighborly relations and respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. In accordance with Croatian regulations, passport or ID information must be provided upon arrival for official registration with the Croatian Tourist Office.
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment. For families, a baby cot and high chair are available upon request before arrival.
