Your studio is fully furnished and ready the moment you arrive: a comfy bed, a desk for study sessions, your own kitchen with all the basic utensils you need, plenty of storage and a private bathroom. Just bring your suitcase.
Settling in is simple. Electricity, water, fast Wi-Fi and gym are all included in your monthly rent, so you can skip the hassle of setting up contracts and figuring out providers in a new country. Want things even easier? Upgrade your package to include regular cleaning, bed linen and towels with regular changes, and hotel-style amenities. A shared laundry room is also available for a small fee.
Bringing a furry friend? Selected pet-friendly studios are available at Unity Hammarby Sjöstad for extra fee. Just get in touch with our team before arrival and we’ll help you find the right option.

Please note: A valid student card or admission letter must be presented before check-in. Student accommodation requires a minimum stay of 90 nights. A deposit of SEK 10,000 is payable together with your first month’s rent.
