This stylish and modern furnished, light-flooded and fully equipped 1.5 room apartment with high ceilings and oak parquet flooring is located on the garden floor of a two-family house built in 1908 on the Haigst, one of the best residential areas of Stuttgart. Via a separate entrance you enter a cozy, 11m² large eat-in kitchen with 2.70m ceiling height, solid oak bar counter and small dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped. Next to it is the 22m² living/bedroom with double bed, workstation, sofa and TV. The modern daylight bathroom has a generously sized shower. On the covered terrace outside the apartment is a seating area, which is available exclusively for your use. Enjoy your morning coffee here in the sun and with birdsong. On the street there are always enough parking spaces available. You are welcome to park your bike on the terrace or in the hallway. You have access to your own washing machine room with new washer-dryer. The apartment is ready for immediate occupancy and intended for single use. The stated rent includes all utilities and a high-speed internet connection. For an additional fee you can order a cleaning and/or laundry service. Equipment: Kitchen with complete equipment incl. dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice compartment, Nespresso machine, kettle. Bar counter and countertop made of solid oak. Living room with bed 140x200, large closet, desk, sofa, TV with satellite reception. Washer-dryer, vacuum cleaner. Bed linen and towels are ready for you. Shared terrace (the owners have their wood stock and some garden tools here) with garden table, chairs and bench for your sole use.
