For sublease is a spacious and centrally located 75 m2 apartment in Stuttgart-Mitte, ideal for anyone who wants to live in Stuttgart for a few months and does not want to forgo the comfort of an already equipped apartment.
The apartment features a new fitted kitchen and is rented furnished. Further amenities include a white couch and a large LOEWE television. These two pieces of furniture are not yet shown in the current pictures but are part of the apartment's furnishings.
The apartment is therefore particularly suitable for professionals, legal trainees/trainee teachers, students, or other individuals looking for an apartment for a limited period in Stuttgart city center.

Shopping & Surroundings

For daily shopping, several supermarkets are located in the immediate vicinity. These include, for example, EDEKA Stuttgart in Charlottenstraße, REWE in Olgastraße, and Lidl in Blumenstraße. Other shops and Stuttgart city center with its wide selection of retail are also quickly reachable on foot.

At the same time, the immediate residential area offers numerous cafes and restaurants. For a morning coffee or breakfast, for example, SILBERKNIE Cafe is practically on the doorstep. The traditional Zum Becher | Restaurant & Biergarten is also in the immediate vicinity.

Due to its location in Stuttgart-Mitte, Königstraße, Schlossplatz, Bohnenviertel, and Schlossgarten are also quickly accessible. For sports enthusiasts, the proximity to Rosensteinpark, which is about a 15-minute walk away, is particularly attractive.

Public Transport & Traffic Connections
