Nice and bright apartment with balcony, on the first floor of a liberty period building just renovated and refurbished. In a very strategic position near Porta Susa bus and trains main station, but in a very quit street. Overlooking a courtyard with garden, the apartment consists of 3 main spaces: an eat-in kitchen, equipped with a dining table with chairs, a dishwasher, oven, toaster, dishes and kettle. The living room is furnished with couch, television and desk. The bedroom has a queen-size bed an a large wardobe. Anteroom and bathroom with shower and accessories complete the flat. All three main rooms overlook the long balcony, where there is also a closet containjng the washing machine. Free WiFi connection, central heating for winter period. Perfect and available for one single person or a couple. If necessary, a parking space is available in the courtyard with additional cost.
