Welcome to the Pech David area, the biggest natural area in the city of Toulouse. This area is made of several parks and is dominated by the "Observatoire", the highest viewpoint of the city. It is located 4 km from the city center and a cable car leads you directly to the metro system. If you prefer to cycle, the city center is to be reached in 15 minutes.

My apartment is located on the top floor, well-insulated, and fully equipped. A secure underground parking spot is available for your usage (you can even charge an electrical vehicle).

I use this apartment as my remote workspace, so you’ll find everything a digital nomad needs—including a dedicated office. The spacious 20m2 terrace, with its small vegetable garden, is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.

You’ll find a large bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a second shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room is spacious and includes a home cinema setup, and the two bedrooms each feature a double bed.
