This attractive property is a first-time occupancy after refurbishment in a mezzanine apartment, which is characterized by an upscale interior. The apartment has two welcoming rooms + kitchen and bathroom.

The living room is furnished in Norwegian style and has a loose wall unit with wall shelves, incl. TV (internet-enabled).
For relaxation times, there is an armchair with a stool including a floor lamp for cozy reading lighting.
If the family comes for a short visit, the cozy corner sofa can be converted into a spacious double bed (lying area 1.2x2.0m) in just a few simple steps.
A mattress topper is provided, as are pillows, duvets and bedding.
If you want, you can work from home in the home office, the living room has a laptop desk with a desk lamp and an office swivel chair.

The bedroom, also furnished in Norwegian style, has a large double bed, a multi-door wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps, a dressing mirror and an additional floor lamp. A bedroom bench with internal storage space is available for storing clothes.
The bedroom is comfortably and attractively furnished with its decorative items and furniture.

The bathroom has a spacious wellness shower with a clear glass shower partition, a sink with mirror and shelf and a bathroom cabinet. The toilet is also located in the bathroom.
