The City Garden Apartments are located in a completely renovated monumental building, in the heart of Utrecht ’s city centre. The one bedroom apartments, that are located on the first and second floor of the building, are to be found in a courtyard that is connected to Utrechts main canal ‘The Oudegracht’ by the Brandstraat..
The City Garden Apartments, of approximately 40 m2 each, are to be found at the first and second floor of the building in the Brandstraat. These serviced apartments have recently been completely renovated and offer a modern interior that includes a dining area, comfy sofa, a brand new fully equiped kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a bedroom with a double bed, a nice view from the apartment at the front side of the building, and a patio has been added to the apartment on the rearside of the building.

Public transportation
Utrecht Central is the heart of the rail network in the Netherlands and the entrance gate to the city of Utrecht. The network of Utrecht connects the various public transport types: bus, tram, bicycle and train. Utrecht is located in the heart of the Netherlands, therefore all trains will stop here and arrive at the same destination every 15 minutes.
From Utrecht Central Station all our apartments are located within 10 minutes walking distance. If you take the bus it will also take you approximately about 10 minutes between our apartments and Utrecht Central Station.

Neighborhood
From the apartment building you overlook the garden of the former Regulieren Monastery, hence the apartments name. The first mentioning of this monastery dates back to 1267 AD, which makes the location not only a very nice and quiet place in the heart of the city, but also a location that contributes to the background of Utrecht’s historical city centre.
Combine the cozy interior with the location in a quiet former monastery garden, in the heart of the city yet away from the daily fuzz of the city, and you have found the perfect location for your short stay experience in Utrecht.
