The common area provides a large modern kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, and refrigerator. Moreover, large dining set as well as a washing machine, and a bathroom. Everything in the common area is shared.

The neighborhood is filled with various restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and public transportation. The university of valencia and the library are also within walking distance.
