My name is Marosa, and I'm lucky enough to live in a beautiful 1922 house in an ideal location, within walking distance of everything: the beach, the City of Arts and Sciences, the university faculties, and even the historic center. Public transport connections are also excellent, with both metro and bus lines. Our house is very spacious, allowing guests to enjoy their independence while still having the peace of mind of knowing family is nearby for anything they might need. It's a little house within a house—a duplex with access to a garden and swimming pool. On the ground floor, you'll find your own kitchen and a large living room. Upstairs, there's a loft with a double bed, wardrobe, storage, shelving, a sitting area with a sofa and table, and a cozy corner with a table and chairs for working or studying. We have had several very pleasant experiences in another part of the main house. I am a court translator, and due to family reasons, our home has a fairly international atmosphere and is sensitive to the needs of foreign guests visiting our country. I speak French very well, as well as English and some Italian. I have been a foreign language teacher, which helps me understand the challenges guests face when they come from abroad and find it difficult to communicate. We also enjoy traveling, so we are quite used to living with different cultures and customs. In short, you will be very welcome!
